My dog hated wearing the cone after he was fixed so we bought this for comfort. He got out of it twice, destroying it the second time. It also didn’t prevent him from reaching his surgical site. Not sure if I needed a different size.

I like the comfort. But as he continues to use it there are rough spots the zipper, strap, and blow tube. He tries to lick wound and the cone rubs on incision. Not all the time but enough. He can drink and eat with the cone on. He sleeps ok with it. He likes to see and the cone doesn't interfere with that. Overall, I would buy it for comfort. We bought this for our lab and it was so much better than the cone. We were able to snuggle our poor sick pooch and he seemed much happier. He didn’t run into our furniture and scratch the walls. 10 out of 10 recommend .

We bought this for a small dog that kept trying to squeeze through a wrought iron fence. When we inflate it just slightly and put it around his neck... problem solved! He can't get through the fence. Then yesterday one of our other dogs developed an ear infection and was scratching her ears. It was terrible. The cone of shame from the vet was so cumbersome, so we tried this out... voila! Problem solved! She can eat, drink, play, see... I can't say enough about this thing. She will wear it all day without it bothering her routine at all.
