I read the bad reviews and almost didn't order the topper because I too suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic back pain. Pain makes it hard for me to sleep, and I can no longer sleep on firm mattresses so I began to purchase Serta memory foam toppers. They were great, only they no longer sell them so I had to find something else. I went through many brands until I read this review, I got it and opened it, there was no need for it to set for 48 hrs, and there were no bad smells or anything. I just unrolled it made my bed and sat down, it felt so soft and I have no problem with it sliding, or leaving an imprint whenever I rollover. It is perfect, I just hope that it lasts as long as my Serta but either way, I will be ordering another queen for myself and a full for my daughter's bedroom. This topper fits perfectly on our rpod mattress. It's soft and find it quite a nice addition. The corner straps work great. It takes a day to fully expand and fits perfectly corner to corner. Our cat likes it and knit all over it without pulling threads. We like the two inch thickness because it folds nicely with the mattress when not in use. The bottom of this topper has a non slip covering. The only downside is it took an extra eight days from the scheduled delivery day to get it, why one less star.
