I was really hoping this would relieve my hip and back pain, I don't like my mattress because it is too firm well this pad is just as firm as my mattress so I still have pain. I am hoping that eventually it may wear in so that it is softer. I am done trying out bed padding. It is too hard to send them back and I am done wasting money. I guess it is good if you like a firm mattress and it would help a mattress that is wearing out but for me this pad is just too hard so I am disappointed. The other reviews said something about like sleeping on a cloud, that is very far off from the comfort of this pad, it is like sleeping on a firm mattress. ... show more
