The media could not be loaded. Can't say enough good things about this incubator. I was really hesitant about buying another after my first couple incubators (differnt brands and styles) started failing quickly. This incubator holds temperature wonderfully. When I did have to open the lid the temperature was back to stable within a minute. The humidity couldn't be easier. The bottle comes with the unit. From begining unil 3 days before hatch, you keep the bottle filled and attached. It regulates itself. I think I only had to refill once during that time. There's no need to open the incubator to add water which was a hug problem with my previous incubators. Adding water use to be a guessing game. 3 days before hatch you take the eggs out of the automatic turner and place in the bottom of the unit. The egg holders pop out of the unit really easy. Seal back up and add one full bottle of water to create more humidity. You have to pour slow so the small collection cup doesn't overflow outside the unit. I was worried the clear plastic on the top of the incubator wouldn't hold in heat very well. It worked perfectly and was extremely accurate which is the most important when hatching eggs. The settings are really easy to use and directions are clear. I love the clear top so you can watch the hatching process from all angles. The plastic of this incubator is really easy to clean after the hatch. The plastic grate pops out of the bottom to get the underneath. My old incubator was Styrofoam which was impossible to completely clean. This incubator is a great value for the money. I wanted a quality incubator but didn't need or want to pay the high price of the industrial incubators. If you only want to hatch up to 30 eggs each hatching this is the incubator for you!! Only negative was I wasn't a huge fan of the built in candler. I think a hand held candler is easier to maneuver and see inside the egg. Also if you hatch max number of eggs it does make for a tight fit while they're exiting their eggs. Neither issue is that big of a deal to me. When purchasing I was a little cynical, 🤨 about the performance,and price, but I’m glad that took the risk! It literally does all the work for you, the only thing you’ll need to do is plug it in, refill bottle of water every 3 days, and remove your baby chickens once hatched ! It’s so simple, I’ve had no issues, and so far I have no complaints!!!!!!!!!! Setup was easy just plug it in,and let it go, it’s nice and warm inside, candling light is bright , with dark eggs I put a flash light on top so I can get a good look, the bottle of water is in a good place,very secure,so it doesn’t get knocked over, no leaks!!!!!! Easy to clean, rotates correctly, size is perfect, directions are easy yo understand!!!!! BUY IT!!!! ... show more

I was happy to receive this product after I purchased the other one I had to send back. It works consistently, the water bottle attached to the side works great. And it maintains consistency on the temperature all the time. The Candler light is good though I probably would like it to be a little bit brighter. I really like this product! I’m glad I bought it. UPDATE: SUCCESS!! This incubator was the easiest to maintain and worked perfectly. All 7 eggs hatched! All the babies made with one needing a little help but still made it! I definetly recommend this unit. Clean up was pretty easy and can't wait to use it again! What a game changer!! I was struggling so bad with my first incubator of a different brand that when it started to sound like my jeep with an exhaust leak at the block on day 13 of my first 7 eggs, I panicked.. I struggled with both temp and humidity, odd noises and so on. I took a chance on this.. I only got it today on day 15, ran it for a few hours, spot on temp and easy to regulate humidity for those few hours, I moved my eggs to this taking a chance because I am pretty sure the other incubator won't make it to hatching, and all 7 eggs are viable at this time.. Even though it's early, and only running for about 7 hours now, it has regulated and stayed consistent. Easy to regulate the humidity and QUIET!! It turned the eggs on que and it has stayed steady. Did I mention the temp and humidity stayed steady and with a liquid thermometer ACCURATE!! I am beside myself right now and see there is hope that these mere 7 eggs will make it!! I will update if there is success. Right now, I am SO impressed with this incubator! It just may have saved 7 little lives!! With ease!! To be continued.... ... show more

Bought this for my husband . We decided we wanted to hatch our own chicken eggs instead of having my dad do it . First time ever doing this and the process went so smooth. This incubator held temperature and humidity levels good until the very last few days for lock down then we could not pour all the water in the directions said to or it shot our humidity up really high . Possibly bc we already live in a high humidity state. We used only the little part A water holder for the whole time . Our hatch rate was 15 out of 17 . We enjoyed it and the ease of use so much my dad and 1 other family member also purchased one for them to use. They are both more seasoned and have owned many incubators both liking this one. The directions were an easy read and easy to follow . The egg holders worked. Everything cleaned up easily. It's not an overly large incubator we had ours on a bench so our kids could have it eye level. I would definitely say we got our money's worth with it and we would recommend it . ... show more
