The media could not be loaded. Can't say enough good things about this incubator. I was really hesitant about buying another after my first couple incubators (differnt brands and styles) started failing quickly. This incubator holds temperature wonderfully. When I did have to open the lid the temperature was back to stable within a minute. The humidity couldn't be easier. The bottle comes with the unit. From begining unil 3 days before hatch, you keep the bottle filled and attached. It regulates itself. I think I only had to refill once during that time. There's no need to open the incubator to add water which was a hug problem with my previous incubators. Adding water use to be a guessing game. 3 days before hatch you take the eggs out of the automatic turner and place in the bottom of the unit. The egg holders pop out of the unit really easy. Seal back up and add one full bottle of water to create more humidity. You have to pour slow so the small collection cup doesn't overflow outside the unit. I was worried the clear plastic on the top of the incubator wouldn't hold in heat very well. It worked perfectly and was extremely accurate which is the most important when hatching eggs. The settings are really easy to use and directions are clear. I love the clear top so you can watch the hatching process from all angles. The plastic of this incubator is really easy to clean after the hatch. The plastic grate pops out of the bottom to get the underneath. My old incubator was Styrofoam which was impossible to completely clean. This incubator is a great value for the money. I wanted a quality incubator but didn't need or want to pay the high price of the industrial incubators. If you only want to hatch up to 30 eggs each hatching this is the incubator for you!! Only negative was I wasn't a huge fan of the built in candler. I think a hand held candler is easier to maneuver and see inside the egg. Also if you hatch max number of eggs it does make for a tight fit while they're exiting their eggs. Neither issue is that big of a deal to me.     • Excellent Incubator! Very reliable! I have had zero problems.
This was my very first incubator. No experience in using an incubator or hatching quail eggs. Here it is months later and I have had excellent experience every time I have hatched my quail eggs! The set up was a snap! I feel that the instructions were easy to understand and the features to use the incubator were simple, uncomplicated, which I appreciate so much. I have had multiple quail hatches now and both my husband and I are very happy with this incubator! The ONLY thing that I would change,.. is making the trays differently so you can sit the quail eggs upright and fit many more eggs in also. We did our own modification for this so, now we’re even happier! Each time I have used it, it has been absolutely fabulous with the temperature, humidity and the automatic turning feature. Every 15 days-BOOM!—It’s LOCKDOWN time😁 and for us,..Day 17 is like Christmas morning every time. I had 40 quail eggs and 31 hatched yesterday. The first quail out at 4:07 and after that,.. I tell my husband it’s like popcorn popping they pop out so quickly one after another. 😆 THANK YOU Maticoopx!!❤️ You have made this experience so much fun ! Contacted the company, they responded immediately with the fix for my egg turner issue; I needed to reset the day count to 21 days in order for the egg turner to start working again. We appreciate their fast response and clear instructions on how to fix the problem. started to set another hatching of duck eggs; the egg turner is locked up now will not work! Return window closed 4 days ago, unit worked great for one use, factory settings were spot on, unit held temperature perfectly, humidity was perfect, till the last 3 days, egg turner worked well unit locked itself down at 3 days remaining. The only problem was raising the humidity to the mid 80's for the hatch, when we did the steps to increase the humidity it would only go to 73%, we spritzed the eggs with warm water (non-chlorinated) a couple times a day bringing the humidity up to 85%. Hatched 24 ducklings for a 100% hatch rate, this has been the easiest and best incubation for us ever. This unit literally works straight out of the box. ... show more

Easy to use and reliable. I dry hatch and I've had great hatch rates with this. Easy to add water (if needed), egg turners are excellent, candle light is the best. Wish they made these in a larger than 30 capacity. I have two that I use all year round. Easy to clean too!
