I saw some reviews that were iffy but I figured I would take a chance and I'm glad I did. I used it on a futon when I had to move out of my bedroom (husband was isolating with covid) and the pad made the futon feel comfortable and soft. It did not flatten down over time. Definitely a good purchase.
