The battery life is awesome. I just started out and it's been a great machine. Some people say the cartriges are "leaky", but I don't notice much unless I'm riding the tube... which is normal I think. You can't go past 9volts is slight flaw. It gets's really loud after that, so if you need a fast machine, then this isn't the one for you. But if you're new like me, then you don't need to be tattooing faster than 8 volts. I usually stay in 6-8 volts and it's pretty smooth that way. It also comes with a really big pack of cartriges. You may want to buy some additional liners if you want thick lines, you need bigger liners than it comes with. ... show more

I bought this machine for a student, she used it to practice for maybe 10 hours and it died. I just missed the return window by 1 week. I am hoping someone reaches out and will let me return it.

I liked it came with so much extra stuff! I got tattoo guides, tracing paper, various paints, all was packaged well. I was pleased when I saw I had so many things in my little box. The tattoo pen is very light and easy to use. Simple to put together and came with a lot of accessories. One drawback is the ink included was not a good quality. but I don't think it was intended to be used on actual tattoos .so make sure that you purchase good quality ink to use this ink is more for use on fake practice skin . ... show more
