I bought this kit several months ago to begin tattooing and for less than $100, I must say It has started me on a new career. Learning coil machines I think is pretty important, and it has it's own feeling all together. I currently own Three rotary machines, short and long stroke, and I often come back and use the coil machines. Understand that in the description it says "Practice Inks", these inks are not the best quality for putting in someone's skin, but certainly fantastic for practice skin. This is a kit for beginners to learn and discover, so the inks are a bonus to the kit for "practicing beginners". I use my coil units at least three times a week and I still enjoy them quite a bit. Super good value for a beginners kit for tattooing. Comes with everything one will need to get started tattooing right away (sanitary equipment and biohazard disposal equipment is highly recommended). Been in the industry for many years and purchased this for a friend wanting to get into tattooing. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tattoo machines and accompanying equipment, amount of various tattoo supplies, and amount of colors offered in this kit. Highly recommend this as a starter kit to anyone interested in the art of tattooing (make sure to decide on rotary vs coil before buying this, this company offers almost identical kits for both types so research and buy the one you think will fit yourself best) but recommend that one does lots of research and reading on tattooing including techniques, history, equipment, safe practices, and many other different aspects of tattooing.
