My first Mast machine came to me with two batteries that powered the machine on but the voltage would not change regardless of pushing the buttons up and down. I exchanged it for a new one in hopes the batteries would work the second time but the same issue persisted. On top of this machine not functioning fresh out of the box, Amazon has now told me my refund has been denied so I’m now out $110. I’m writing this to help others identify this machine as faulty before they make the same mistakes I did. And let me tell you, best investment of my life.
