I have to say for a beginners machine, this has done amazing! I’ve had no problems what so ever and have used it quite a bit over the past year and a half! It’s still going strong! The cartridges that came with it weren’t my favorite but that’s because they were skimpy 10 diameter instead of 12. Also they spit and clog pretty bad so definitely order separate cartridges besides the Mast pro carts!! ... show more

My first Mast machine came to me with two batteries that powered the machine on but the voltage would not change regardless of pushing the buttons up and down. I exchanged it for a new one in hopes the batteries would work the second time but the same issue persisted. On top of this machine not functioning fresh out of the box, Amazon has now told me my refund has been denied so I’m now out $110. I’m writing this to help others identify this machine as faulty before they make the same mistakes I did. First I wanna say I love this machine it hammers ink in very well the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was because the supposedly 8hour batteries really are only good for about 2 hours fix that issue and I'd buy this machine over and over
