Velcro sticks very tightly. This is good and bad as it sticks to the belt before you can adjust it to where you want it. The belt also rolls. Otherwise it is tight and does adjust well.

This serves its purpose pretty well, giving me a pretty decent amount of support for my healing abdominal muscles after my hernia repair a couple of months ago. I even used it while exercising when I was given the okay to exercise again. It was a little more stretchy than the one I was given while in the hospital and I ended buying a few more of those from a medical supply website because these abdominal binders tend to stretch out pretty quickly when you’re wearing them 24/7 except in the shower and I also wanted to have extra so I could have some to wear after washing the others and letting them air dry all day. More stretchiness equals less support but I just pulled it tighter to make up for that. ... show more

It has a good fit, however it is a tad short in the torso. I didn't realize that there was also one with 4-panels. This one would have been better as it can cover the lower abdominal area. It is also difficult to take off.

If you need a binder ,This one is great.... very comfy and washes in your machine, comes clean and ready for use again, I Have to wear one EVERY DAY , and this one lasts about two months !! A good deal for the price.

Firm enough to give good support to post surgery abdominal area. Flexible and soft enough to be comfortable. The velcro closure stays very secure even when stretching or pulling. The one not so great thing is that because the velcro grabs so firmly to the material, it is very hard to pull apart and readjust, and pulls some of the material with it when pulled apart. I found that the best way to deal with this was to find the right spot to place the velcro for my need, and just leave it there, then step into the binder and pull it up, instead of trying to adjust it and close it around me every time I put it on. ... show more
