I purchase this the first one died right now I am trying to get some clear instructions as to set this up I have four solar panels setup in a series type setup 250 watts per panels total 1000, watts I have four lead batteries setup total 48 volts, however the voltage has drop but the controller is not allowing the solar panels to charge although I checked the voltage at the controller and I am getting voltage there are some instructions but the instructions are not very clear if anyone have setup please provide contact information ... show more

Went thru customer service to hear from company to see if the item could be fixed or replaced. Never hurd back from them. As far as im concerned this product and the company that sells them are not worth the money. Worst waste of 200 dollars I wont be a returning customer.

Bought this controller to provide the combined power for my RV. This controller came without instructions but has all connections clearly identified. After completing all of the wiring it was clear the unit was DOA. Returning for credit and will now go the traditional route with separate controllers for wind turbine and solar panels. ... show more

There are several different models. Make sure you check the parameters before you purchase one of these controllers. Some of them will NOT work if you don't throw enough wattage/voltage at it. Also, the technical parameters that say for example; 1500 watts wind, 1500 watts solar, they are for 48 VOLTS! I have the supposably 1500/1500 but the parameters for 24 volt are lower than the 1500/1500. But that's my bad. I should have looked into the product further. I have wifi app. It was a little confusing at first because of translation info in the directions. I can say it should(directions) start with DOWNLOAD APP FIRST. So far it is working. It came with a 5" wifi cable and wifi device, but I hooked up a 40' cable and ran it into my house and it works fine. So I like that I can monitor my system in the warmth of my home. My PV array is over voltage because I thought I had 1500 watts to work with. But the controller has a red light indicating the array is over voltage but still works! It's charging my 2-8 series, 3.2 v lithium iron phosphate 24v battery bank. I use my system to run everything in my RV while I work on the interior during the winter in Michigan.I am an actual person and buyer. I have NO stake in Marsrock or Amazon.
