My stylist gave me a bottle of this at my last appointment when I asked about a heat styling product since I've started blow drying my hair lately (I used to let it air dry). I spray two pumps of it into my palm instead of directly onto my hair, so I can better control the application, then work it through and fire up the blow dryer. When I'm done, my hair is so soft and silky to the touch I find myself just running my fingers thru it bc it feels nice.
