I've been using this shampoo or conditioner grow long for over a year now. In the beginning I did feel it helped my hair become healthier than it was and in turn it helped thicken my hair and it did grow a little longer than I was previously able to achieve. Although the length doesn't keep growing and growing I don't believe there's a product that can do that. This does what it says tho and will make your hair feel healthier and and stronger. Hair feels soft , moisturized , lightweight and shiny without being oily. I think it's good to rotate your shampoos and conditioners to get benefits that each can provide. This will always be one I'll keep in my selection. I've always received these quickly and they often put a sticker strip over the top and sides to keep it from breaking in the mail. I don’t know why this works, but it just does. Whenever I’m using it my hair seems to grow faster, but maybe because it is in better condition and just doesn’t break off. I also feel it’s a good value for the money because other types of shampoo are so expensive compared to this one.
