The media could not be loaded. Sizing guides are correct on the listing so I had the wall readily to go when it got here and it fit fine. Works as advertised. Didn't come with the crystal rocks as the listing said and no way to contact the seller to ask for just those. Ended up having to buy some here instead of uninstalling and returning the entire unit. There is also a black square (very obvious at night) at the top center that is different then the rest of the unit and doesn't look great. Overall, an alright purchase for the price but probably would've bought a slightly more expensive one if it didn't have.the "black square" at the top. ... show more

Looks nice when it's off. There is however an odd blacked out portion of the screen when its running thats pretty distracting and the color choices are more limited than other electronic fireplaces. Says it can be recessed but the top says "do not cover" so not sure what's safe. Top was dented so maybe I got a returned unit. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is fireplace only blows out warm air. Only one of the three vents works at a poor level. I messaged the seller and they instructed me to turn it up. Even turned all the way up it is still non functional.

I am so glad that I made this purchase for my new farm house which needs a lot of renovations. You can choose different colors of flame and set the temperature accordingly even with a timer!! There are so many options to choose from that I am going to explore!
