It's one of the best shampoos for swimmers: gentle on hair and at the same time does the good job removing chlorine. But the issue is with shipping/packaging, it's always leaking during the shipping. They cover it in plastic, so it doesn't make mess with the rest of the items in the box, but still I feel bad that some of the shampoo is wasted, plus you have to wash the whole bottle. I swim 3-5 miles a week in an indoor pool. I wet my hair before I use a swim cap, and this shampoo takes all residue and smell out. I also use Tri--Swim which works amazing. For the $ this is better, but I highly recommend both.
