A substantial white dish with an architectural looking curve to it, not just plain white generic dishes like you find in Walmart or Big Lots. But still neutral enough to use in many table scapes. Dishwasher and microwave safe. I love my gold rimmed china but I need workhorse dishes too. Only criticism, from the photographs the coffee cups look as though they were fairly large.
