You might even say this is handy. Seriously, this was so cool to try out on a set of tips. I have arthritis so I got to grip the tips with my fingers in a great way... my artistic abilities loved it because I could do all 10 nails without switching to my non-dominant hand. The putty gripped really well as long as you use enough and it's reusable. Just don't get product on it like I did (oops). The little nail stands really are smaller than you might anticipate, but the warning from other reviews was appreciated. Also though it makes sense because nails really aren't that big. They give a nice way to create new angles besides "on the fingers." I love the pink stands (5, clear pink) and I think it would be cute if all 10 were pink (5 are clear colorless) since the glittery flower is pink. The only thing that annoyed me is that there's only ONE magnet bar to put the little nail stands on, aside from the flower stand, so at any time in this kit only SIX nails can be displayed/worked on at once. You can work around it if you have something else magnetic. I did that, otherwise you work one hand of nails at a time. I do plan to get another set of this kit because it's so convenient. My next set: see how well I can do Lazy Girl poly gel method This was really great and ridiculous at the same time because it was the one thing I didn't know I needed for the last year. :-) Edit: I love this so much I bought the plain version which does have 10 nail stands, 10 spots & 2 bars. I just have to figure out the strip tape? I like the pink putty much better on this cute flowery variation Ignore my cuticles in the pic: I had an allergic reaction to a gel polish remover a couple weeks ago. The stand came Broken..BUT it was just the magnet so I can glue it back on!! The deign is super cute!!! I am using this for my nail company that my friend owns and I am just an employee! And they are perfect for when we are going to make press-ons! It’s also light weighted so if you want a heavier on for stability then choose something different!!!! ... show more

It really should come with two magnetic stands so you can’t paint a dull set of nails all at once. But it only comes with one. In addition to that, some of the magnets are not glued on straight so all ur nails don’t sit straight. Good concept though. I used this stand to paint a set of press-ons for myself for december. It works well for this purpose and looks very beautiful! Because it is magnetic I was able to make a portable work space using a large cookie tin as a tray. I think this was worth my money although I did break one of the stands by accident. ... show more

I really liked this set, it’s cute. The magnets were strong. The only thing I wish I would’ve been able to change would be that I had an extra magnet bar. For some reason every time I would do my nails I just wanted to have two bars, but I am also a beginner doing nails. I think it was a good purchase. Update: seller reached out and offered to send a replacement even though it was outside return period. Just got the replacement today and the magenta are perfect. If all of the magnets had been installed properly this would have received 5 stars, I’m unfortunately beyond the return period (that’s what I get for waiting to use it!), so just double check when you open.
