This is a great bench; I don't think you'll find anything better in this price range. I've been a gym-goer for over 15 years, and just built a little home gym and decided to give this bench a try. The padding is thick and firm, very similar to a commercial bench. And there are a ton of adjustable increments, which is one of the main reasons I got this. Assembly is super simple as well. The very edges of the bench are a BIT more squishy than a higher end bench, and there is a good sized gap between the seat and back piece. Even so, this definitely deserves 5 stars. ... show more
