Just took this set on a 1000 mile 7 day overlanding trip to the desert and am a full convert to this Full Windsor system. The magnetic system is way more useful than I had expected. When stored they all snap together and don’t rattle around but rather stay perfectly organized all the time which is satisfying.. The way we camp and move quickly, the following utility matters: The tab where the magnets are acts like a handle of sorts that makes it easier to hold the bowls while eating. I also have their magnetic flatware set and they snap to the bowls and plates which frees up a hand. It’s one of those nice things where you don't know you need it till you use it! I can't go back now. Small details like the smooth yet tightly rolled edges (vs too sharp and unfinished on cheap ones), the spacing between them when magnetically joined being just right, and the dialed in feeling of the magnets engaging take this product to another level. It has clearly been purpose built at a high finish quality. I highly recommend it for folks that really want to optimize their gear. I'm not blown away by the plates. I guess I thought for the high price of these, I'd be gobsmacked by how great they'd be. But in reality, I can only say that they're nice stainless steel dish ware. Also, I know it says 4-pc, but the listing photo is a little confusing when it shows the fork and spoon attached. I had to go back into the listing to see if I had read something wrong. But yeah, the 4pc set gives you 1 small bowl, 1 small plate (lid), 1 large bowl, 1 large plate (lid). I think it would have been awesome if all of the pieces fit inside of each other, but I can understand that would have made the main bowl too big, or the small bowl too small. But yeah. I mean, the magnet detail is nice, and very useful for me on my recent camping trip. I like that I was able to store food inside with the lid secure without having to worry about flies getting to them. IS this 4 pc set worth 64.99? Nope. I'd maybe- MAYBE buy another set if there was a steeeeep discount. ... show more

Magnet feature is very cool on these. I really like how the plates stick to the top of the bowls with these magnets - works as a way to cover up food to keep bugs away, and a nice integration with the magnetic silverware set. Took them on a bikepacking/picnic day trip and the lightweight is nice for not adding extra weight when I don't want it. These also fit nicely inside my daypack. Mostly, they are great for my family glamping trips since they are very easy to clean and fit easy in my dishwasher when I get home. Dig this product! ... show more

I was looking forward to these plates and bowls for a long time. I knew by reading the size description they would be a little small but unfortunately the "large" plates are just to small and the small plates are more the size of a coffee cup saucer. The bowls are appropriate sized. The material is also thin and easily flexes with minimal effort. If everything was 2 inches bigger and a little thicker it would have been perfect. Super cute and way more lightweight than I was expecting, these are probably especially good for backpacking when you're cutting every ounce. The plates are also lids, which is nice for keeping bugs out of your food. This 4-piece set includes a smaller bowl plus lid and a larger bowl and lid. They have magnetic tabs on each so they easily keep the lid securely attached, which is totally helpful when camping. They clean up super easy but are a bit awkward to store/pack since they don't nest. The bowls and lids are made from high-quality stainless steel, while the magnets are made from recycled polypropylene, which is a nice touch! They are lightweight and are even dishwasher-safe! I will say though, that while I am impressed with the bowls and lids, I first had to be sure I didn't misread the listing when only two bowls with lids arrived as at this price, I expected WAY more. They are nice bowls but there isn't anything about them that makes them worth $30 a bowl!? VERY overpriced in my opinion. ... show more

I already had their fork/knife/spoon set and I got these because the magnets turned out to be super handy. I don’t leave reviews on orders. These things are crazy cool. I use them for camping and climbing trips and I even bring them to eat at work. Highly recommend.
