Like other reviewers, I am impressed by the quality of this set, especially considering the price. I’ve become a lot more conscious of my environmental footprint and was looking for a way to reduce my reliance on plastic cutlery at work. This product delivered and beyond the basics—all of which are functional, aesthetically pleasing, sturdy, and easy to clean—the additional inclusion of chop-sticks is a great bonus, and I find myself using them frequently. The straw, included brush, and case are all functional as well. Altogether this set stores well, and is lightweight, which would make it ideal for travel as well as work or local use. My only criticism, which is minor, is that the interior of the case lacks any way to attach the utensils so that they don’t rattle around when moving. Admittedly, this is a minor thing, but having a design that affixes each piece into the case would be a great addition. Either way, I definitely recommend this product. ... show more

I wanted a set of utensils to keep in my lunch bag so I always have exactly what I need to enjoy my meal. I opted in the black set and the color is very nice. Reading over other reviews after I ordered had me worried about being able to open the pouch everything comes in. Well for my experience anyway, I was able to easily unzip the pouch and rezip it shut with no issue. So perhaps it was just a bad batch with zipper issues. I like the fact it comes with two types of straws along with a brush to actually clean them out. The fork is perfect sized and the chop sticks is a fun addition. The spoon though, while it will work of course, I am inclined to agree with others that it's huge. It's definitely more of a soup spoon. While I would have rather had a more normal sized spoon to match the fork size, it's still a completely functional spoon. So just a single star knocked off. Its all definitely made of metal, most likely stainless and has a nice round edge (sharp edges on cheap silverware is awful) and is sturdy enough that it should handle some heavier meals. I probably wouldn't scoop ice cream with it out of the carton though. The pouch lastly has a weird fabric texture on the outside as others have mentioned and a silver lining along with a colored strap on the outside. For me the case works fine and makes storing the silverware easy and adds to ease of use. That is going by other reviews as well, the zipper works for you as it has for me. Though I would probably prefer a different outer material but again, it'll do the job it's intended for. So with all the different colors and all the utensils one could ever need, makes this perfect to take with you on camping trips, picnics, or even during your lunch break at work knowing you'll have exactly what you need for your meal, in style! This set is absolutely perfect! It is exactly what I was looking for and more. I wanted a set with at least a fork and knife because I was tired of the plastic ones in my office either not being able to cut meals or breaking if too much pressure was put on them and I was bothered by how much waste it created since I tend to bring lunch almost every day. I actually almost ordered another set with just a fork, knife and chopsticks (because I am known to stock up my snack drawer with a huge variety of instant ramen) but I ended up stumbling across this set and I am so happy that I did. I may be good about bringing lunch almost every day, but I tend to get coffee a couple times a week which also creates waste with all of the plastic straws so this set having two reusable straws plus the brush to clean was an excellent addition. The quality is excellent and they clean very easily. Plus I love that they came in a little pouch so I can store them in my desk drawer neatly. This was definitely one of my favorite purchases and if I ever need another set I would definitely repurchase. ... show more

I was looking for a set of utensils to keep with me at the office that I could take out for lunch and these are perfect. 1. The Case - it is slim and compact, discrete for taking on the go. I would dare say its even cute! And the lining on the inside makes it easy to clean, which is important as you have to put your dirty silverware back in once you are done eating. 2. Silverware - The silverware is all a seamless stainless steel. A strange amount of the portable utensil options have metal bottoms and some other material as the top. I was worried about the cleanliness and durability of that style. A few weeks of using this and I am happy that I got an all metal option like this. Easy to clean and seems like it will last forever. 3. Straws - I am not a huge fan of the metal straws but that is just personal preference. I keep them at home as back up. I prefer a silicone straw that I purchased elsewhere. It fits in the case without issue! ... show more

The utensils are great - 5 stars - but the pouch zipper was stuck about 5mm from the start. I tried lots of methods to open it without damage, but the only way I could open the pouch was to destroy the zipper mechanism. Too bad, because I liked the pouch and thought it would be really convenient. I don’t like returning things, but it sure would be nice if they sent me a new pouch. Update: DEVICO has amazing customer service. As soon as they learned of the zipper problem with the pouch they contacted me and sent me a new one. I am very impressed with not only the quality of the utensils but also the quality of this company. ... show more
