Love the look but the backs are straight up and down with no recline what so ever. We gently pushed the back some to adjust and heard a lot of creek and pop. Don’t know if those two will last but at least now they are comfortable. The other two don’t seem to want to give and we put considerable force on them. They are uncomfortable by comparison for certain. Why would you not design with just a tad of recline? ... show more

It blends very nicely. 4 Stars because when you hit the lever to make it go up or extend the height, it chokes like 3-4 times. I have another set for my kitchen in different style that does not have this issue. Not a big deal as it does not affect it functionality going down but still it can be annoying ... show more

My chairs originally did not adjust to move up and down. For the price, these are great quality and extremely comfortable. They look very nice and a lot better than I thought they'd be. The reason for not giving it a 5 Star is that: I am not a fan of the amount of staples on the bottom to hold down the fabric (not that bad though considering they're on the bottom and you can't see them unless you look), there are some places where the black outline doesn't perfectly follow the outline of the chair, and one of the chair's foot rest is not centered and fairly skewed. It still does its job and isn't very noticeable, but I do nitpick, as you can tell. Once again, for the price, these are very nice and worth it. Even with the little defects. ... show more
