    • Great replacement and a mod
Replace my straps that retract into the side of the gunwale with these longer ones. I rigged a plastic stop but you could tie a knot in the one end to capture just as easily. Which is why I purchased the 18” long version. Worked great for a good price.

I bought these for my boat and they are pretty good. There are some apparent quality issues specially with how they tapered the end with some sort of white substance that gets in the way of the screws. Also the screws are not great quality so I replaced with stainless steel ones

I got a couple of sets of these. One for my jon boat and another for my plastic pontoon boat. They are easy to install. Easy to adjust. Dont stretch out. They are perfect, cheap and do the job of holding my rods in place. Highly recommend them.

This is a great tool for additional rod storage on your boat deck. My boat had a strap on one side, but I wanted to be able to put baitcasters on one side and spinning rigs on the other. Five minute install and now I can do just what I wanted.
