I bought this for my dad while he was traveling to the US for a month. It was great and affordable. Super easy set up and it does take 24hrs to activate but they are very efficient and effective. Having trouble activating. My email to support was rejected and the U.S. customer support number does not work. Hopefully the sim will activate in the next 24 hrs, if not, may be forced to return. T-Mobile refuse to do activate this sim that I bought from Amazon, T-Mobile referring me to contact Amazon customer care, Amazon customer care said they can't do activate. Anyway, it seems like T-Mobile doesn't value this sim I bought from Amazon. Then I went to T-Mobile retail store and bought from them instead. They use the same exactly of sim card to activate for me. I ended up pay extra $10 to pay for sim fee to get it to work. ... show more
