The media could not be loaded. Love these stools! I wanted the McGee and Co knock off and debated between these and the target ones. I’m glad I picked these. I love the color of the leather and they have held up really well! One chair came assembled and the other was pretty simple putting together. I have been looking at this style of stool for years! I pulled the trigger on these (backless and with back) to update all the stools in our home! I had seen others from World Market that got bad reviews, ordered some from Target and they looked cheap (even though they were the same price), tried another similar brand that Wayfair sells but was also available on Amazon that were close, but nothing like these! I love they have matching backless and back stools. The leather looks real and there is no stitching on them! The wood is a nice color - slightly lighter/honey but goes well with our darker "coffee" stained floors. The back is high enough to actually support a person. They were very easy to assemble. Each piece comes with its own screwdriver and just the right number of parts. I did get them on prime day for $150 each. The backless don't seem to go on sale. I have yet to spray leather protectant on them, but I'm hoping that the color stays the same after. I also hope they last for the next 3-5 years, but time will tell. I recently purchased 3 of these for my kitchen island bar area. They were fairly easy to assemble but I would prefer some written instructions to pair with the photos. After you figure it out with the first, it’s easier with the next chairs. I loved that all the tools were given including a legit screwdriver! The only reasons I’m giving this product a 4/5 is because due to the texture of the woven faux weather straps, it will leave an uncomfortable imprint if sitting more than a few minutes in shorts and it isn’t exactly an easy-to-clean item. A couple things I didn’t consider beforehand, but not exactly a deal breaker for us either. Good to know before you buy. They’re still great quality chairs and the faux leather is really smooth and soft. The tone of the wood, leather and the woven texture add a certain warmth and dimension to such a run-of-the-mill space we all use daily. ... show more

Ive had these for about a year and they work amazingly. They are a good height and are pretty lightweight. They are a little tough to assemble but after you’re done it feels so good. The padding is pretty good and its really sturdy 100% recommend.

    • I have had to return 3 chairs and still waiting....
I ordered four of these chairs for my kitchen island. 3 of the chairs were perfectly fine, but the 4th chair had to be returned because the screws could not be attached to the seat and secured to the back of the chair. They look really good and are sturdy, the major problem I am having is getting the 4th chair without any defections. I have had to return 3 chairs because the seat could not be assembled to the back of the chair. I am waiting for yet another chair and hoping it arrives and I can put it together properly, if this one comes and is defective, I am going to return all of the chairs. ... show more

These look far more expensive than they are. Though my husband suggested that the price reflects the difficulty in assembly. He finally got them firmly put together, but it was a very awkward process.
