Listen, spend a little bit of money and buy this. Instead of buying cheap brands and get upset of the quality. This is very sturdy and the build quality is very good, light weight, fit perfectly and very easy to use on my Ar-15. All the touch are very nice and love the design and color!

Mounted this on my AR-10 with a heavy 18" barrel. Fired 20 rounds with it mounted this morning, and found this bipod to be exactly what I was wanting and needing. Plenty sturdy with no discernable movement. I shot from a wooden bench and the tips held just fine throughout the shooting process. No skidding or having to readjust my position for follow-up shots. The tilt/cant adjustment made it very easy to sight in and lock down once I had the reticle on target. Easy to install. Fit perfectly and made shooting with it very comfortable and predictable. I have a friend who asked about borrowing it for his .338 to see if it would work for that caliber. I think I would rate this, with due caution, up to a .300 Winchester Magnum, but no more than that. While the bipod is sturdy and works for my .308, I believe a .338 surpasses what the design and material of this particular bipods' design parameters are. Solid bipod. Lightweight, quality material, and quality construction. It’s nice being able to adjust my position without having to lift the rifle up. The feet don’t slip and the legs extend to multiple lengths. I would definitely buy this for other rifles without question.

People on YouTube like to talk trash on this thing. I don’t see why. By my eye. It’s great. Is it indestructible ? No. Am I ever going to be in a situation that I NEED it to be indestructible? Also no. It’s a great range bipod. I’ll definitely buy another one. Update: Magpuls customer service is trash. One of my M-loc nuts wasn’t threaded. I get it. Small parts like that slip through production unfinished. I went on their website, provided pictures, and asked for a replacement. That was about a month ago. Not so much as a response, or acknowledgment of receiving my message. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy the magpul bipod because so many reviews said it was wobbly, so I picked it up on a Black Friday sale to minimize my loses. While it wobbles a small amount from recoil, it doesn’t wobble enough to affect your accuracy unless you are trying to make a follow up shot on targets 400 yards plus. Sometimes gun guys get a little wound up when reviewing stuff, I believe that is this case with this bi pod. Build quality is top notch, it doesn’t rattle when moving around the deer blind.
