This is a great compact size rowing machine that you can put in your office and practice as you may like, depending upon your time and schedule very easy to assemble and put on take approximately 30 minutes to set it up alone once you set it up it’s very easy and straightforward to use. Machines are very good exercise machines for people who work a lot by sitting, as these help, you do good exercise in limited space with approximately 80% of your muscle movement very good for your back and with range of tension control it’s definitely a good quality brewing machine. As I mentioned in the title I like the comfortable design of the rower, seat is well padded and handle has a good grip. I can row for longer sessions without discomfort. The rowing machine is well built it gives steadiness during vigorous sessions. The resistance setting offers a wide range of difficulty levels, perfect for beginners or advanced rowers looking for an intense workout. Machine operates smoothly I can watch TV or listen the music while I workout without distraction. I always like rowing machines it gives full body workout and fits in small spaces as I shown in the picture it won’t need much space. The only concern I have is the foot straps can be a bit fiddly to adjust mid workout but once they are set they hold firm. Also it took bit longer time to deliver, was bit disappointed on it because I was eagerly waiting for it to add my home gym.
