Am just a recreational photographer. Have the MagMod Professional Flash Kit for 6 months. Really helpful with my advancement in taking photos. Love especially the MagMod Sphere and Bounce. While the products were maybe more expensive ... works for me well. I tend to use the MagSphere and MagBounce the most. MagSphere for indoor with low ceilings. MagBounce for high ceiling and outdoor as a small softbox. Very fast set up as compared to MagBox but love that too Great products for a recreational photographer. ... show more

I had previously used some cheap china made flash mod.. they were yuk type and never satisfied me. This one is like the Mercedes in cars.. great quality and worth it..

I am an enthusiast photographer, I don’t have any lighting equipment , just my canon flash . Magmod improves every aspect when you shoot with your flash. The kit comes in a very nice box , a pouch for carrying accessories. Fits perfect on the flash and you can change on the go all the different accessories. Love it!! My god, of all the time I wasted on the cheap knock-offs only realizing that they did not even contribute 1% improve on my skills and photography. So, I watched lots of videos on youtube and read lots of articles on the web and sub-reddits on the Reddit finally finding value in something expensive. So, long story short, if you have a clear vision on your photography and want make it in a pro level, then you'll be needing this for sure. It really makes a photo alive and fills with soul. Like the idea of it. Quality made. Kind of bulky to have in camera bag for every day, so not sure how much I’ll use it. Got just as good or better results indoors by bouncing off white ceiling. Should work well for outdoor portraits, but have not tried yet. Kit is good value. Just wish individual pieces where not as expensive to add. ... show more

    • Hassle free speed light modifiers
I like how strong the magnets are. You won’t have to mess with stuff falling off the speed light. Good quality materials too. I did practically break a sweat attaching the “maggrip” to the speed light though. It’s very snug. Overall, I would recommend this kit.
