Used this for a photoshoot recently and impressed how it was sturdy and held my AD200 pro. I had one included with my AD200 kit but this one was more stronger and built better than what was included in my kit. Also works great for speedlight as well.

This is a very classy way to solve off camera flash. The Bowens Too mount is excellent, it holds the flash extremely well, and it hits the center of the umbrella as intended. I had Bowens mount hardware available, and it all works great.

Came in great condition. Easy to put speedlite in the holder. However, the long handle gets in the way when you try to aim/angle a huge softbox down and try to tighten the long handle.

I got the tripod with the correct flash mount, but that look way to flimsy to trust. So I got this mount and I believe it is a much sturdier way to mount my expensive speedlight on the tripod.
