I’ve used it for two baseball games, which is what I bought it for, and it works like a charm! I love it!! I like ALMOST everything about this product. The tilt function is not working, straight out of the box. All the other aspects are great, but on the camera the only thing it will do is lay down flat, making it useless. I thrifted an excellent metal tripod for an old 35mm camera that had the screw threads on the top platform. This helped me convert it to use with my cell phone for recording things. Great product!

At least I don't need to take my phone out of the case (3.4" wide) for this one. This mount allows me to use it on my telescope attachment ring to use my phone as a star finder and sky map using the AstroHopper website. (do a google search for Astrohopper). Works great. The photo shows a piece of styrene foam I use to support the phone and the green velcro band keeps it steady. ... show more

    • It's okay, but it's cheap.
I like that it's wide enough to hold my Google pixel 7pro with a case. Most phone holders do not get wide enough to use with a case. But it doesn't hold position well. There's always wobbling and the plastic knobs are not sturdy.

    • Angle Adjustment
This works really nice for the most part. The forward angle adjustment seems to have indents and is not a fluid motion. When tightening the set thumb screw it’ll move forward or backwards to the next closest indent.
