I was a little worried that this wouldn't work because of the other reviews saying it leaks air but I'm convinced those people just didn't know how to use this kind of BP cuff. You have to turn the metal piece by the bulb all the way right to tighten it then after inflation open it slightly to let air out. It works perfectly and it's beautiful ... show more
