UPDATE 8/22/22: I received a replacement fridge from Amazon and have not had any issues. I believe I received a used fridge previously as the new one came with complete packaging components. I definitely recommend reaching out to Amazon Customer Service than to the company support line due to communication issues. ———————————————————————— I was very excited about this fridge, but now it's just a pain. I received a faulty product as the fridge constantly turns itself off and goes completely offline. Also, the LED lighting does not work - the picture shows LED lighting inside of the fridge, a feature that has never worked.     • Fridge stopped functioning properly after a few months.
** UPDATE ** Recently Amazon did make my return whole. I received a full refund without restocking fees or "late return" fees. Still on the hunt for a new beauty fridge. *********** I purchased the Smart Beauty Fridge (white) version. When using the app, I too have had issues with it stating that the Bluetooth is not connected, when in fact Bluetooth is on. In fact, the unit kept going offline. The LED light on the bottom blinks constantly if you turn it on. Although the motor is running there isn't any cooling except for a low slight breeze about a 1/4" at the bottom of the unit. I adjusted the temp over the past 3-4 days and still nothing. It worked properly for several weeks. I called Amazon for an even exchange and was told that I could only get a refund. Then I questioned if it was a supply chain issue because I see the company has units available. While on hold, I then remembered the other customer reviews and thought better of it. The next agent asked how I'd like to remedy the situation and I explained my talk with the previous agent. He stated that I could try to contact the seller or he could give me a refund. However, he would have to charge me a restocking fee. WHAT? How can you restock a refrigerator when it's possible that the compressor has gone bad? Too hundred dollars is a lot to pay for something with a 1 yr. warranty with the seller/manufacturer. Amazon knows there may be issues with contacting the company; and to make you pay fees for restocking an item that you can't resale is ridiculous. He wished me luck in getting in touch with the seller. Shame on you Amazon. I've been a Prime Member for years, as your agent thanked me so kindly for before ending the call, and I expected better service than this, even if I was a regular customer.     • Beautiful Luxury Fridge! Love it!
This is definitely a luxury item! Given that I have stepped up my skincare, I also wanted to step up how I store my products. I absolutely selected this for the design. It is the only skincare fridge that is top loaded, making it far more practical for storing and accessing skincare items. It is also a beautiful design and quite stylish. I made this purchase in March 2022. I originally purchased the constant temp model and it did not get cold enough for me. So I upgraded to the smart model. It took a moment to set up the app, connect and then set the temperature. It was a one and done set-up and It has been nothing but great. Two tips I have...First, my fridge is pretty full. Some have mentioned it not getting cold enough. Try not to block the middle area where the cold air comes in. That will help immensely. I keep a small jar of eye cream right under that area, so I never block it. Second and the reason I am finally remembering to write a review in December, is you need to clean the filter in the back of the fridge. Super easy. Pop out the panel and clean the small mesh panel. Mine was covered in dust. Once you do this, the fridge does not have to work as hard to stay cold. I would say a day after doing this, my fridge is a few degrees cooler again. Again, this is not an essential by any stretch. To me some beauty and skin care is about luxury and a nice experience. I love this little fridge. It brings me joy! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So ever since I saw skincare mini fridges on tiktok I knew I had to get one because I love the feeling of cold skincare products on my skin. I had a cheap $50 one which lasted a year but could easily last more I just needed an upgrade. This fridge is amazing I bought the smart one because it was cheaper and then I wouldn’t lose the remote(hahah) but this fridge is massive, it’s quiet, it keeps things cold and it’s super easy to set up. Plus it’s super cute I wanted the white but again the pink was cheaper:)) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s really great product! PROS:It’s SUPER QUIET ( I was looking specifically for it, since I planed to put it in my bedroom). App working perfectly and you can control temperature, expiration dates of your products with reminders. Also you can control light, and it’s really nice cooling incide. CONS: I wish they have extra shelf inside. Small shelf , which showing on the top is totally useless, because if you put anything there- it will not closed the top. I have some products I use only once a week, so I put them on bottom, but I wish I can put some divider or shelf on top of it so I can stock more frequently, often use products on the top. It is space for it. Large products like tonics and I have large serum- I have to put sideways. Overall - it’s doing it’s job perfectly, lust need little update:) ... show more

I liked this cooler (that’s what it is) until it stopped working. I sent my feedback and still did not get a response so now I am putting my feedback online. I have not had this for even 6 months and the wire is now malfunctioning, there is a short in the charging wire so now my products don’t stay cool. I’ve asked for a replacement charger and nothing. I would not recommend this product if it doesn’t keep for years. I have my fridge on top of my night stand clear of anything else so I can do my night time routine in my bed.
