Our chairs arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. Upon assembly, we found that nothing in the assembly parts was labeled. We had everything in prepackaged plastic bags. There were 4 sets of screws of varying lengths but nothing was identified as the assembly instructions listed. It would have made the assembly so much easier if all parts had a been labeled with the labels that the instructions listed. These chairs are our last of about 18 pieces of furniture to be assembled and were some of the hardest. Upon the completion however, they are very comfortable and well worth the price. I JUST LOVE THE CHAIRS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY AND BEAUTIFUL ON MY PORCH. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE AND NOT VERY HARD TO PUT TOGETHER, JUST TAKES TIME AND 2 PEOPLE. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD IS WITH THE DEPTH OF THE CHAIR. IT FITS MEN PERFECT BUT A LITTLE DEEP FOR WOMEN, SO I ADDED A PILLOW.

i absolutely love the color fairly easy to put together, we love these chairs because they have a 5 inch very firm cushion. easy out for us older people . so many are very much lower and cushions 3 inches deep and too soft. the fabric used seems to be of good quality. so far so good!

Beautiful chairs. Easy to put together. Customer service was amazing. Had a tiny problem with one hole alignment, and they immediately sent a whole new “Box 1” to make sure we had a perfect chair. Now I am waiting to see if they maybe get burgundy cushions as we use these indoors. However, these cushions are true to word when they say they are easy to clean; spilled coffee wiped right off. The lumbar support along with the higher back is also really nice. We have another similar set of chairs, but they do come close in looks or upkeep.
