For years, I used Neutrogena before switching to Artistry Micellar Make Up Remover + Cleanser. I used thaw latter for almost 3 years before switching back to Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover for the sake of cost. However, upon discovering this new product recently, I decided to give it a try, (thinking of other eye products I use from them). It was a WOW moment. Not only the packaging is very cute and appealing. But, with just one slow sweep, it removed all my eye makeup without any rubbing or irritation. It is not oily nor greasy. Couldn't wait to review this product because, wow, oh, wow! Fantastic product. Highly recommend. This micellar water didn't sting my eyes. First time I've ever used a liquid eye makeup remover or micellar water that didn't sting my eyes. And I've been using eye makeup removers since the world was young. I never had to bother using eye makeup removal until I finally found a mascara that actually stays on until you take it off which I love that and not be useless to even put on but it’s very difficult to remove. I went with this brand because my eyes are usually very sensitive to certain products and since this company makes I eye products such as eye drops and eyewash which I use I figured this would be the safest one for me to try first and it is!!! My mascara comes off with one wipe for the most part. It isn’t overly oily but just enough to do the job perfectly!! The product is great, but the company needs to improve the quality of their bottles. The cap doesn't fully close and mine came open. Because of this, my package arrived completely wet and it lost over half of the product. They should also ship this in a box, and not in an envelope.
