Decided to trust the positive reviews since there aren’t a lot of inexpensive choices for replacement lumbar pads for the original Aeron. The original factory version started failing after just a few years, and I limped along using duct tape to seal the tear in the foam for quite a few years. Install of this replacement was simple and quick. Have been using for a couple months now and no issues. Even if I only get a couple years out of it, it’s still worth it given the low cost and ease of install. And yes, the support is sooooo much bettter now! Definitely worth a try. ... show more
