this is my third replacement for my Herman Miller chair .. the other two worked for a while and then the foam split .. the ones won't even stay in place .. I sit on the chair, and the support weasels its way out of the tracks within a couple hours .. I may need to glue them out something, idk ... I expect them to bust like the others have ... show more
