This candle smells lovely, but be advised that it puts out a very, very potent scent even when not lit. My entire open kitchen, dining and living room space is filled with the scent. So much so, I used another candle cover to cover it up when not in use. Maybe some people would like this, but it's just a little too much for me even despite the fact that its a nice scent. This candle has a nice jasmine scent, it is powerful and it is a candle that you can smell, I like that a lot. I gave it 3 stars because it smells nice, if you like jasmine, it burns slowly and can fill a relatively large area. However, in no way or shape is this a dupe for Santal 33. There would need to be much, much more sandalwood in this to balance the sweetness of the Jasmine out. For the price, it's a good candle, only because it burns slowly and you can actually smell the candle. If you want a dupe for Santal 33, maybe hit up ChatGPT for recommendations. ... show more

UPDATE: I am updating my rating because the scent throw was much better once it had burned for 4-5 hours. The candle smells amazing and surely reminds me of Baccarat 540, but the only way to enjoy it is to carry it around with you and sniff it because there is no scent throw when lit.
