Pulled a 6.0L LS with no issue. Construction seems pretty good, even the included screws are quality. Of course I always worry about things like this- who wants to drop their engine?! I had more motor hanging from this for a couple weeks and it held up perfect. All the bolt holes lined up too- which is rare when buying import stuff like this.
