After ordering the lift I received a call from the seller confirming delivery address and the ability to off load the lift. It is a heavy package at about 1200 lbs. So it takes some equipment to unload. The lift is packaged very nicely and was delivered quickly, actually on the first day of the estimated delivery window. Construction and installation of the lift was very straightforward, although there were a couple of bolt holes that didn't line up completely this was fixed quickly with a drill with a rotary file bit. These were on the upper post section. Everything else went together great and the lift functions properly. Just remember to draw you alignment lines on the floor prior to standing your lift posts, take your measurements and make sure your posts are plumb.     • Great price and reliability.
I have had this lift now for almost a year. And from day one it has been a dream to have I just use it in my own personal shop makes things a lot easier to work on. However it was difficult to set up I was just one person but I got the task accomplished with a little motivation. And ingenuity. And over a year I’ve used it almost every weekend to some extent. The only problem so far that has come up is that the one cylinder has started to seep a little But I can’t blame that on the manufacture because I do have it in a covered outdoor area. For the price, it is a great deal, but as mentioned in other reviews, the installation manual is severely lacking in correct and pertinent information and pictures. Thankfully this was not my first encounter with lift installation/service. Overall though, the lift works as described with no major complaints about it's operation or use. I would recommend and will likely purchase another 2-post lift soon. ... show more

This is the sketchiest lift I have ever installed, the quality is okay for some one building there first ag project in high school. The instructions are useless even for toilet paper, warning stickers on the side of the lift looks like a 6th grader that has a kindergarten reading level wrote it. I do not trust my life with this lift and neither should you. The actual arms are so thin that they flex when i step on them I’m 165lbs. There is no way I would put 10k lbs on this. I have waisted 2 weeks of my time and shop space for a lift that I can not trust to work under. 1/10 do not recommend. Go buy a bend pack lift it’s cheaper than a ambulance ride. ... show more

    • Lift is very well built. Instructions are almost unusable.
It's very well built and all the parts and fasteners are there as well as an instruction guide. You might as well just throw the instructions away. They will not help you put this lift up what so ever. You need to be pretty knowledgeable about lifts and you can use YouTube and another manufacturer 's instructions to help you put this together. ... show more

    • Absolutely amazing customer support.
I was waiting until I installed and used them before writing a review. The install took a little bit due to waiting on having time and a second set of hands. They went together pretty smoothly. We had one issue with a switch. I emailed them and I kid you not, within 10 minutes of hitting the send button button they were calling me. I told her what was going on and she had me send her a picture of the factory tag from the lift that we were having the switch issue with. Once she got it she said "Got it. Going to ship you out one now." For context, this was at 4pm on a Friday. That to me was great support! Thanks again! ... show more

The sellers went out of their way with their communication. This lift shipped from California and they even contacted the shipping company for me and got the drivers phone number so I could coordinate the drop off.
