For that price point, my expectations where moderate to low. The blinds are nice, met the immediate need. I wouldn't consider the blinds to be thick and not really sturdy. I'm in the camp with some of the other reviewers that the instructions are lacking. Plus snaping the blind into the brackets took way too long. I believe one bracket didn't clamp correctly. In addition, the screws should have come with wall fastners to make the installation process easier. If you don't use wall fastners, most likely you will have spinning screws that are not secure to the wall/bracket. All in all, currently satisfied with my purchase. I'm hoping they last at least a year. I try to leave them as is to prolong longevity. TBD. ... show more

I needed something quick to put in the bathroom window so i ordered this and it came the next day. it was very easy to install and i love that it has no cord, all you do is push it up and pull it down. the plastic is very easy to break but its what you pay for. very cheap but luckily its in the bathroom window that nobody touches so it gets the job done. ... show more

A great and easy curtain to install it only took me about 30 minutes for me to install 2 of these babys. Though I didn't know what I was doing because it was my first time install these kind of things, the instructions of these thing's were pretty easy to figure out. It's a great blind and I love the just grab it from the bottom of the blind and having it go up with no ease to adjust the blind and pulling the blind down to lower it. The last blind I had a rope thingy so, I was surprised to where it was but, I love this design then the other one plus it feels pretty well built and it does it's job overall. The screws in the installation kit were for a wood installation; however, my side light was metal. I could not get this with magnetic installation, so I went to the hardware store for metal screws and, after a little turmoil, got it successfully installed. I love the look of the blind and I would hope in the future it could be made for a magnetic installation. ... show more

Both side light blinds arrived in perfect condition. Installation is relatively straight forward. Mine installed on the outside, not the inside of the side lights. Review the manual and make sure not to drill the brackets upside down. The top valance is a lower profile than others I've seen on Amazon. Very happy with the results.
