This is the best ready to run car of the big three. It's a great intro into RC drag racing. In a scaled 1/4 mile (132 feet) I can run a 2.63 around 55mph with upgraded tires, Sanwa M17 Radio, and a solid 200c 2s6p lipo battery. With a cheap 3s lipo I was able to run a 2.35 but I wasn't even really pushing it. This car is enough to hang with your friends or local drag racing league and actually race in a bracket class. Then you'll learn what it takes to go REALLY fast, like 1.6 seconds at 90mph. Not with the Losi of course, but thats not what the 22s is designed for. It requires occasional work, you might break something, it happens and you buy replacements and perform maintenance, but I actually enjoy working on it and I didn't think I would. I've since bought a R1 DC1 and a Five Seven Arrow chassis with top of the line electronics and I'm having a blast building and running all 3 cars in different classes at my local rc drag strip. ... show more

    • The body is mass produced and can be twisted and off center.

really nice to drive on 2s . Insanely Fast on 3s. Loosen the suspension up to get the correct weight transfer. Also trim behind the rear tire about a half inch to prevent scrubbing on the rear wheels when they balloon on take off

I absolutely love this car, if I dislike anything it's the Summit racing stickers all over it, They are coming off, I didn't buy the car to advertise for Summit, yes it looks like a race car, but it will have my own graffiti on it.
