    • Hardware is Not great, and neither is customer service
We purchased these for our back yard patio, and the hardware stinks! We have a chair that is useless to us because the hardware broke in half inside the chair while putting it together. I have tried to contact Customer Service multiple times, and no response. Not very happy with the purchase

I assemble the chars during the weekend. They are pretty straightforward and took me not long to finish the work. The caution are comfortable and the chairs are stable. Very solid product. I put them in my second living room. They are perfect fit. I like these chairs

surprised and happy with the quality and look of the final product. Easy to assembly but suggest you might use a more substantial Hex tool than what is included.

    • Nice looking and very comfortable
Very nice looking chairs and very comfortable to sit in. The pillows feel very durable and soft for outside summer use. Overall construction seems sturdy however, I do have 2 issues with the product... 1. The parts for the bolts, washers and nuts are not labeled correctly for the directions. Directions show bolt labeled FF but the part in the packaging is labeled CC or something else. It's that way for about 1/2 of the instructions but with a little common sense, you can figure out what bolts go where. 2. The base legs are a bit narrower than some other bar stool patio chairs we have. There is a a little bit of a tendency for them to tip if you lean on the front of the arm too much getting into or our of them. Overall assembly time was short and they are not difficult to put together despite the direction errors. All metal construction makes me think as long as we put the cushions away for the winter, they should last for many years to come. ... show more

Everything was fine until I had a defective part. In spite of the packaging same way of instant customer service I called for days and days and days and was never able to reach anybody by phone.
