Wow...this is one amazing diaper. It has a very babyish feel with a soft interior lining. There are leg cuffs around the leg areas and both the top front and rear back. The fit of the diaper is very comfortable. These really hold up as my first night time use, I peed 4 to 5 good wettings. It was equal to about 2 1/2 to 3 cups of urine. They absorb liquid fairly quick and bulk up with more wettings. The tapes on the diaper hold up really well too. Thanks LittleForBig for one amazing diaper!! What I like: Well made. Thick padding. Long full tabs to close the diaper. I can always find the tabs and make them reach after turning the bedridden patient. What’s unique: There is a shiny plastic area on the outside of the diaper right where urine might seep through. It keeps the sheets dry even when full. What I dislike: The shiny plastic area keeps urine off the sheets but it makes it less breathable. How I use it: My favorite use is to lay this diaper flat under the body and use another diaper in the traditional way. I use this diaper to catch any leaks overnight. It works great! I love these diapers!! They are supremely comfortable and fit very well. They are thick and absorbent and great for overnight wear. The padding wraps around, filling the whole I-shape of the diaper (unlike on some cheaper diapers) and gives you a nice poofy diaper-butt. Tapes are strong and do not pop off. As others have said, these are not discrete. They crinkle quite loudly but if that is your jam then you are all set. I do love also that they are plain white because sometimes I don't feel like wearing a babyish pattern. I love all LittleForBig products I have tried so far. Pros: * Absorbs a lot - have worn for more than 12 hours without leaks * Leak guards work whether sitting, in bed, or active through the day * Wide tab landing strip helps make adhesive tabs adjustable - just take is slow if you need to make changes after wearing for a bit * Blocks odor well * Absorbant material does not bunch or separate after heavy usage Cons: * The plastic shell can cause sweating, but I found that to be minimal * Sag after a couple voidings, but that is a trade-off with any incontinence product that absorbs a lot * Expensive In the end, this adult diaper is equal to any other brand and superior to most. ... show more
