I received information from Dr. Sinclair's forum that this product is the least expensive supplement that can stimulate and maintain a healthy mitochondria system. Six weeks later NAD+ seems to help with energy and strength. Enough to go ahead and prchase another bottle. Easy to swallow gel capsule

I was new to taking NAD supplement. I had been told about them while receiving IV infusions and fighting an infection in my bone. I received it by IV the first two times at home. It was very expensive and Not something I could make a regular event. I tried several different supplements and for some reason this one showed the best long term effect as far as I could tell the difference after a week of regular taking and then I continue. The heavy Anibodics as well as other medications had me lethargic, very drained and unable to focus like before I had became ill. The bacterial infection in my leg bones was severe. (I. E. You might die severe). So I would have tried eating glass with no teeth if it would have worked. With that I noticed that my energy level had started increasing and focus was improving. I started letting me wife try it. She didn't know anything about it. Even though these are in sturdy bottles inside of cardboard boxes, wrapped in plastic and strapped, all 120 capsules are totally worthless. It seems as though many or all of the capsules burst and the contents glued all of the capsules together, like a box of raisins in a kid's lunchbox. I ordered these over a month ago (had to finish my other bottle first), so my window to return them may have passed and I'm not pleased. ... show more
