All cartridges go through a rigorous quality control procedure and undergo testing at the component level, testing for electrical circuitry, printhead cleaning, filling to capacity, and a final print test. Included Ink Cartridges: 2 245XL black ink cartridges Installation guide 1. Rest the cartridge on a paper towel to protect from excess ink. 2. Remove any yellow plastic strips that read "PULL". 3. If the cartridge contains an orange cap, gently remove it. Avoid squeezing the cartridge while removing cap. 4. Use a cloth or paper towel to remove any visible ink remnants. 5. Please do not touch the chip. If touched by mistake, please clean using a lint free cloth (microfiber or coffee filter). 6. Wait for 3 minutes, then install the cartridge. 7. Press ok to bypass any messages from the printer.
