    • cartridges don't match
I Bought color and black ink for my cannon printer # 245 & 246. The black cartridge was for the right model printer and worked fine. Several weeks later I installed the color cartridge and I couldn't understand why the printer wouldn't recognise the cartridge. So I removed the cartridge and saw that the copper printing plate thing was totally different from the previous cartridge even though the actual cartridge fit my cannon printer. This is the second time I have tried the cannon remanufactured cartridges and I have wasted my money. I will just have to wait until cannon replenishes it's supply. I tried the remake ink for my HP and had similar problems. Don't buy remakes is my advise. Always buy your brand printer ink. ... show more

I was hesitant to purchase remanufactured ink cartridges. But necessity required this. I am most pleased that the product performance is no different than the original Cannon cartridges. And, this product came with a label describing how to contact them if a problem might occur. Fortunately, none has. ... show more

Wouldn’t work with my printer. Double checked that it would be comparable. Says the exact thing that was on my other cartridges but printer keeps throwing a code with these cartridges and won’t work

    • Poor print quality....
These worked great for about a week. I was so impressed so went and ordered a 2nd set to have on hand. Then everything we printed was smudged, unreadable, and crooked. We cleaned print heads, did all maintenance more than once to try to clean it up to no avail. So as a process of elimination went and purchased Cannon ink cartridges, and the print is perfect. Disappointed. Our old Cannon used non-Cannon cartridges and the worked perfect for over 5 years (then printer died). ... show more

    • Customer service great 2nd product worked good
The first set did not work and malfunctioned. It would not print in my canon printer. I used the help chat on amaZon to connect with the company and they sent out another pack immediately no charge. The second pack worked great. So the four star is just because I had to spend and hour figuring out why it wouldn't work, wait 2 more days for delivery , and then repackage and ship back the old ones. Time is money and when you own your own B it's 2.5 hrs of my time to fix something that should have taken 30 seconds to pop in is expensive. But the customer service was great and they fixed the problem just don't wait til your out of ink to order like I did. ... show more

I'm highly disappointed... The price seemed more than fair for a colored and black ink cartridge. It came quick enough. But after I installed it in the printer, it would not work. I've purchased other remanufactured ink cartridges previously through other companies and never had an issue. I did notice what looked like an overflow of glue to reseal the cartridge, so I'm not sure if that was part of the problem. Either way, the black ink didn't work. ... show more
