I’m a big guy , got tired of air mattresses, got this cot and it’s awesome and comfortable and easy to pack anywhere! Very well constructed! I suggest if your homeless , have a cabin n woods, or camping in the woods or anywhere u need a bed off ground get this cot!

This is a very sturdy and sizable cot. It holds me very well at 220lbs and 6'2". The biggest thing is that even though the pad looks very comfy in the photos... it is NOT! It is not very thick and does not offer much padding. It does offer some insulation for temperature control but is too thin for any support. Over all, this thing is a game changer for tent camping, just buy another pad. There are several on Amazon that will fit. ... show more

I bought the large size because I am 6'7", and it fits me! It is also wider which is nice. The cot is higher off the ground which easier to get into and out of bed, and these old bones appreciate that. It is very sturdy and super comfortable, yet easily folds up into a compact package. It's not for hiking in but for car camping it can't be beat. Good sleep is important and this unit can't be beat! My daughter is going to buy one of these even though she has another brand which is lower to the ground, this one is more comfortable and has the length for the 70lb dog at her feet. ... show more

First of all I was impressed with the shipping speed. It came very fast. The frame is sturdy and it seems as if it will last. The height is good and it was so easy to set up - the only disappointment is the squished flat mattress. It's not anywhere as soft as expected-as a matter of fact, the mattress doesn't do much at all to make the bed softer. There are lower priced cots available but I purposely chose this for an older person only a few months out from hip replacement because it looked softer than the alternatives. ... show more

The reviews of this one were better than the rest but I was still skeptical about getting a lemon. I am pleasantly surprised. I did not read the directions at first and could not figure out how to get the cot to lay flat. But after reading the directions 😳 it worked like a charm! I love it now that I got it to open up completely! I can not wait til I get to actually use it next month. I bought extra padding and I know with that, the padding that came with it and the sleeping bag I’m going to be very cozy. The cot seems very sturdy and I even had it on carpeting. The fabric seems like it will hold up. The carry bag I agree with others that it is very flimsy. I won’t be using that. I am 5’ 4” and 125 lbs and this cot is the perfect size with room to move around. If your on the fence on which one to get buy this one. You will be glad you did! Love it! ... show more

I needed to sleep on a cot for over 60 days due to a family member's hospitalization. This cot is wide enough that the side rails don't dig into my hips. The height is not bad.The provided pad is nice and comfortable, but it wouldn't be enough by itself for more than a night or two. The only downside to me, is that the fabric of the cot sags a little, leaving the side rails higher than the rest of the bed. It can be humorous for those watching me try to get up ... show more
