And we accidently lost a small part, called the customer service and got a replacement next day, great customer service !! We’ve had the opportunity to test this bike along side a Stacyc for a couple of rides and I feel like this bike a much better option. The battery life and charge times were about the same. The stacyc was on the intermediate power mode and this bike was on the fast mode, which kept up pretty good. The build quality of both bikes is great. I will give Stacyc the win for internal cable routing, but a few well placed zip ties tuck them in nice. Plus this bike gets a number plate so that makes it way better and hides the cables. The main difference between the Stacyc and DNA bike is in the power delivery. Stacyc has immediate throttle response, whereas the DNA is delayed by a few second. That makes the DNA easier for a child who isn’t used to the throttle and avoids getting thrown off the bike when they gun it. The only problem is the delay might be a little too long for the impatient children. It’s hard for them to associate twisting the throttle with moving if they have to wait 5 seconds before anything happens. But it still only takes 10-15 minutes for them to get the hang of it and start ripping around. Long story short I would go with the DNA bike and buy two more with the money I saved from not getting the Stacyc for my kids friends and cousins to use. ... show more

All my kids love this bike! It was packaged well when it arrived and the speeds are as it says. My youngest (2years) will ride it on both speeds, but I wouldn’t recommend the high speed for young ones unless they’re good on a strider etc. (it’s pretty peppy). My oldest (7years) can even ride it, but he’s 65 pounds so you don’t get the same results when he rides it. The charge could last longer, but it does the job. My 4 years old use this bike. He loves it but.... There is a kind of strange sound when he uses it for 20 min or more... Like something is touching his wheel... Not sure about the value for a while Battery lives longer than I have thought,.with a very good power.

Worked great for about a month. My daughter loves it and caught on quick. However now the fast speed is slower than the slow speed was when we got it and she is very upset about it. Saying she wants it to go faster. Would not recommend as it doesn’t last long
