I bought this truck for my 2 year old son. It worked well for approximately 4 hours. I charged it and it would no longer move more than one inch as if the battery were very low/dead. After attempting to charge and reconnect the battery multiple times without success, I contacted the seller to advise the item was defective. They would not replace the item but offered to refund my purchase if I returned the truck. At that point I opened a claim with Amazon because return shipping was over $150 and I didn’t feel I should be responsible for it since the item was defective. Amazon advised to pay for the shipping and it would be reimbursed. Here I am a month later and the $158.55 I paid for shipping on the defective item they shipped me still has not been reimbursed. I am writing this review to warn others of this defective item and poor customer service. ... show more

Our son was a bit timid at first but now loves sitting behind the wheel while we operate the remote control. This truck will definitely last for years: I love that we can drive via the remote now, and once he's old enough he'll be able to take over control. The features are adorable and over the top, we love the real radio and tiny dash buttons.
