We absolutely love this trampoline! We got the 14ft one and its the perfect size! Our kiddos have had a blast on it! Everything seems to be solid and safe for my kids! My husband and I also were able to get on it with our 3 kids and everything held together perfectly! The sprinkler/lights do come at a different date than the trampoline, we got those in the mail yesterday so we have yet to try that out but Im sure they will work great! We reached out to customer service for a small thing (just had a broken piece on the basketball hoop) and they got back to us super fast and are sending us a new hoop! I bought the 15 ft w/ rope lights, basketball goal, and sprinkler. The rope lights were delivered first followed by 2 separate packages (trampoline, net assembly). The assembly time for me was around 3 hrs. The instructions were easy to follow and all hardware was delivered. I was most impressed with the quality of everything from the springs,padding,net,rope lights, even the basketball hoop and backboard are good quality material, but most importantly is the structural integrity of the frame and tensile strength 💪 of the mat. The trampoline is great, (it gets four stars) but I found the service rep to be even better. We had a terrible windstorm with hail that bent several of the poles. I spoke with "Cara" and she gets five stars! She ensured that I received new bottom poles, pole caps, and pole sleeves (All warranty items). I replaced the damaged areas yesterday when the final pieces arrived. See the before and after pics. Cara rocks! ... show more

It’s huge and has lasted over a year with two rough littles with minimal damage!! I imagine we will have it a few more years to come. The straps have held up through intense high winds, definitely recommend!

Had a couple of hiccups, but got this together well and kids love it. Wrong size net was originally shipped, but was quickly made right by manufacturer. Kids love the sprinkler and LED lights that come with this trampoline. Be prepared it does come in several different packages.
