The media could not be loaded. Super easy to install and it works as expected. There are 3 lights in this set. I only use 1 and the other 2 are for backup and replace the current one when it charges. There isn't any adapter included but you can use any usb adapter to charge this thing. It is super useful for my situation because i don't use this closet enough to actually drill holes and run the electrical cable through the wall. This will work for me for a long time. I love these. I find a little tough to get the settings right - but once you do they work great. The small 3pack is great. I have them in my closet and under counter in the kitchen. The magnets are good - and recharging is easy - seem to last for a long time.

I wanted to replace a pair of battery operated under-cabinet motion sensing lights I have been using for several years, as a way of getting temporary lighting to the kitchen without having to turn on the full kitchen lighting. The main problem I had with these was each of the two lights required 6 AA batteries, and each had two battery covers with a total of four screws. So every few months, I ate through 12 AA batteries, and would have to remove 8 screws. What a pain in the neck! Luckily I found these LED lights. First thing I noticed was their build quality, nice brushed metal, not plasticy like my old lights. They're also smaller in size so they are better concealed. Light output is great, comparable to my old lights, allows me to use my kitchen, for example getting a glass of water at night. They have three modes of operation, always-on, day-mode(motion turns on anytime), and night-mode(only turns on with motion in the dark). This set comes with three lights, charging cable, and magnetic tape which can be used to mount the lights on non-metal surfaces, but it's important to note that these are magnetic themselves so you can stick them to metal surfaces without the use of the magnetic tape. If I had one gripe it would be the battery life hasn't been all that great. But, the trade-off is they're rechargeable and they recharged quickly, much more convenient than replacing batteries and dealing with a bunch of screws. All in all a good product. ... show more

For $10 each, I expected them to last longer. Out of the box, they're great. Nice and bright, and the motion detection worked very well. The interface is a little confusing -- why not just have a switch that says "light or dark mode," instead of making the user press the same button and decipher the colored LEDs? I think the switch would cost less than the red and blue LEDs! But they don't last. I bought an additional pack right away, but now all but two of them have stopped working. Eventually, the motion detection circuit failed on almost all of them. They would charge just fine, and the white LEDs would light up when I turned them on, but they would either stay on continuously, quickly draining the battery, or never detect motion. ... show more

I love that it's USB rechargeable and not have to deal with buying AAA batteries. These thing are really nice to have in a closet or cabinet or anywhere you need light. It's compact and looks good. It's also long and bright. I owned other USB motion detection lights before, but I like the form factor of this one and it's a lot brighter than the ones I previously owned too. There are 3 modes you can cycle through when you hit the button. First mode is "Night mode" where when you first press it, you'll see a blue LED indicator. This mode only activates the motion light when it's in a dark environment. Second mode is "Daytime mode", you'll see a red LED indicator. This mode will activate the light when it sees motion even if there is bright light in the surroundings. Third mode is Always on, you'll see a red and blue LED indicator flash. Holding the mode button for 3 seconds or so will completely turn off the lights. And holding again will turn the light back on. The minor pet peeve for me is seeing the mode indicator, since it's embedded on the same light panel, it makes it a little difficult to see what mode you're on. I do like that they did add a "cheat sheet" or label on the side in case you forget what the modes are. I also like that it has magnets and they also include 3M sticky for all 3. What would make this even better is if it had a dimmer option. Overall, it's great to have 3 of these in a package. You'll definitely find a lot of places these will come in handy. ... show more
