  • This is a great washer/dryer
It uses about half the electricity of the traditional washer and dryer I had. The AI wash and dry makes doing many small loads efficient. There are some caveats though: 1) it doesn't do well at all with oversized loads. 2) It doesn't like dissimilar items. Towels mixed with clothes for example. In this case the towels wouldn't be as dry as the clothes. We just keep things a little separate and there's no problem. 3) The lint trap needs careful cleaning. Reassemble it wrong and it will jam and possibly break when you next remove it. 4) The wash/dry takes longer than a traditional washer and dryer, but you don't have to move clothes to the dryer, so it works out. I had a problem with the lint trap (see #3 above) and contacted support via Facebook. They were very responsive and had the parts on the way the next day, free of charge. Three days from broken to fixed. Can't beat that. All in all I'm very happy with this machine. ... show more

  • So many issues for how expensive is, and doesn’t even work well
At the beginning to many shakes , and after a week the expert come to fix it , washing the clothes I notice that they didn’t smell good and the expert says that doesn’t take much liquids but it’s normal . Today I also notice that after more than 3h of the combo wash and dry I put extra dry time (it was about 2h and something ) and they are still wet . Another time washing also some jeans the process it was almost 8 hours. When you use the quick wash rins just a little Very disappointed specially because I want to return it but the make you wait for their answer Wich never comes‼️ ... show more

  • They lie about the measurements of the machine
I've not even got this machine hooked up yet but the measurements really took me off they said it was supposed to be 57 in high it's not even close to that I ripped off an entire shelf out of my washroom so I can fit it in there and I never needed to do that I'm pissed and I haven't even started the machine yet ... show more

  • Excellent product
We really like this product. It's just absolutely amazing that you can put dirty laundry in, press a button and it comes out clean and dry. There are a few functional things that could be designed better. Mainly being lint vent collection system. This seems extremely difficult. It's a pain in the neck it's located on top of the machine and so you can't put a table or shelf over it. It is also difficult to empty. Another issue is that it insists on reminding you to put softener in the machine.. even if you do not like or use softener. But other than those two things I am absolutely completely thrilled with this unit. It is a solid buy and worth every penny that I spent on it. ... show more

  • Very Impressed
Shipping was fast, arrived in perfect condition as well. This is my first washer/dryer combo unit. After watching youtube videos comparing this unit to the GE profile i decided on this one. It was an excellent decision the software/app is great and for a medium size load it will wash and dry in 2-2.5 hours. I'm not talking damp either my clothes come out bone dry. i havent loaded it up with like 20 towels yet, but so far its been worth every penny, saves me so much time. ... show more

  • NOT AT ALL WHAT I WAS EXPECTING...
Initially this was a blessing, however 2 1/2 months in and now it will not dry. we have to always restart on the dry mode. Very frustrating for the money we paid and the description that was given. We bought the insurance but are having trouble with that as well. I am so disappointed and that is saying that mildly. ... show more

  • Good Washer, Temperamental Dryer
The washer function works well. One quibble is that there is no way to have a pre-programmed cycle that doesn't use fabric softener. Some exercise clothes are damaged by it, so the work-around is to turn it off for all cycles and then back on when the load is done. EDIT: I forgot to mention the significant water hammer this thing causes, even with hammer arrestors. Be aware of that. The dryer function, on the other hand, is a pain in the butt. It occasionally refuses to stop drying and severely over-dries the clothes. The countdown timer keeps adding minutes and would continue indefinitely without user intervention. Frequent removal of lint from all of the various places that it gets captured (see below) helps a great deal, but doesn't completely solve the problem. You can't leave the dryer unattended at the end of the cycle, so don't leave the house or start it before bed. You also have to use very small loads to minimize wrinkles. Removing lint: - Main filter: Sliding the scraper gets the bulk of the lint, but not everything. Even though it may look clean, there are tiny bits of lint that block air flow. It occasionally needs to be thoroughly cleaned in the sink. - Filter behind main filter (toward back): Take it out and clean it after every load. - Heat pump fins to right of main filter: Wet lint builds up on the fins. You have to take out one screw and pull out the plastic grill cover to access them. Gently use a toothbrush up and down to get the lint. This should be done weekly. - Water pump filter on lower left front: You have to open the door and rotate the filter to get it out. Occasionally lint will build up in it. Make sure to check it weekly. ... show more
